We're back and apparently we are resolved to do at least one of these a month in 2024. We discuss the insane amount of MTB bike brands, New Year's Resolutions and even some Supercross stuff.

Silent Bryce becomes not-so-silent as he joins Kyle, Ryan and Klint for a review of all the action at the 2023 BT Epic, 52.7 mi MTB Race. Best race of the year!

We are two days from the 2023 BT Epic and Kyle is racing this year. Naturally, there has been lots of drama this week.

This one is for all the mountain bike nerds.

How do the boys approach bike setup? Well, for Klint, some things are different between Enduro and XC, and the same goes for Kyle and Ryan. However, the what-and-why of every decision can differ significantly between riders.

The ICC challenge is one of the biggest races in the region with 350 entries last year. We talk with promoter Nathan Goff about what it takes to put on a big, successful race.
